• Crous scholarships and merit aid: annual allowance based on income (DSE application on messervices.etudiant.gouv.fr before May 31) and an additional €900/year for a “Très bien” distinction.
• State-guaranteed student loan: borrow up to €20,000 without a parental guarantee via Bpifrance.
• Activity bonus (CAF / MSA): monthly supplement for working students earning more than €1,144.21 net/month (caf.fr).

Housing and Rental Guarantees

• Rent assistance (APL / ALS): monthly support based on income via caf.fr.
• Action Logement package: free rent guarantee (Visale on visale.fr), security deposit advance (Loca-Pass up to €1,200), and a €10 to €100/month subsidy for work-study students (Mobili-Jeune).

Daily Life and Mobility

• Crous dining: €1 meals for scholarship students or students in precarious situations, social rate at €3.30 via Izly, and CARE card (€20 to €40/month in areas without a university restaurant).
• Local and regional transport: preferential rates with the Pass ZOU! Études (TER and regional buses) and youth subscriptions from Lignes d’Azur and SNCF (Carte Avantage -30%).

Health and Leisure

• 100% health coverage: free French social security (ameli.fr), Complémentaire Santé Solidaire (free or under €1/day), and up to 12 free therapy sessions via Santé Psy Étudiant.
• Culture: €150 Culture Pass at age 18 and free admission to national museums for EU residents under 26.
